The ANZ Australian Staff Superannuation Scheme (ANZ Staff Super) is managed by a Trustee company – ANZ Staff Superannuation (Australia) Pty Limited. The Trustee Board is made up of eight Trustee Directors – four appointed by ANZ and four elected by members of ANZ Staff Super.
The current Member Representative Directors are:

This election is being held as the term of office of two Member Representative Directors – Robert Sparrow and Adam Vise – expires on 30 June 2023. The terms of office of the other two Member Representative Directors expire on 30 June 2025.
The Call for Nominations closed at 4:00pm Friday 12 May 2023. Nine candidates nominated to fill the two Member Representative Director positions.
